On August 2nd 2016, peacefully at her home, in the presence of her Family, following a long illness borne with great courage and dignity, Jan Hughes, of Wenlock Road, Bridgnorth, aged 67 years.
The dearly loved Partner and best friend of Keith, the loving Mother of Adrian and Steven, Mother in Law of Lisa and Debbie, the devoted Grandma of Skyla, and a very special Sister, Sister in Law and Aunt. Much loved, Jan will be sadly missed by all her Family and friends.
Funeral service at The Parish Church of St. Mary Magdalene, Bridgnorth, on Friday August 12th at 12.00 Noon, to be followed by interment at Bridgnorth Town Cemetery.
Mourning dress optional.
Family flowers only by request please, but donations, which are to be divided between ‘The Lingen Davies Cancer Fund at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital N.H.S.
