On July 19th 2017, peacefully at his home, in the presence of his Family, following an illness borne with great dignity and courage, George Hazlehurst, of Well meadow, Bridgnorth, aged 82 years.
The beloved Husband of Irene, loving Father of Kay, Karen and Katherine, Father in Law of Richard, Paul and Mark and dear Granddad of Hayley, Emma, Stuart, Sam and Jake. Much loved, George will be sadly missed by all his Family and friends.
Funeral service at Telford Crematorium (TF2 9NJ) on Monday August 7th at 2.00pm.
Family flowers only by request please, but donations, which are to be divided between ‘The Severn Hospice (Hospice at Home)’ and ‘The Midlands Air Ambulance’, are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at The Crematorium, or online at www.perryandphillipsfunerals.com
