On March 5th 2018, peacefully in Hospital at Telford, Hazel Davis, of Ditton Priors, Nr. Bridgnorth, aged 76 years.
The Wife of the late John Davis, loving Mother of Steven and Anita, and Lyn and Steve, dear Nan of Steve, Luke, Marcus, Josh, Brad and Danni, and Great Nan of Leah, Tyler, Chloe, Nico and Olivia. Much loved, Hazel will be sadly missed by all her Family and friends.
Funeral service and interment at The Parish Church of St. John The Baptist, Ditton Priors, on Saturday March 24th at 12.30pm.
