On November 14th 2018, peacefully at The Severn Hospice, Telford, in the presence of her Family, following an illness borne with great courage, dignity and patience, Jacqui Preece, of Victoria Road, Bridgnorth, formerly of Highley, Nr. Bridgnorth, aged 57 years.
The devoted Mother of Charlotte and Nicola, proud ‘Nanny Jacques’ of Hugo Jacques, loving Daughter of Daphne and the late Trevor Wall, and the special Sister of Elaine and Judy. Much loved Jacqui will be sadly missed by all her Family and many friends.
Funeral service at Telford Crematorium (TF2 9NJ) on Monday December 3rd at 12.30pm.
No mourning dress by request. Please wear an item of pale pink clothing to reflect her work for ‘Breast Cancer U.K.’
Family flowers only please, but donations, which are to be divided between ‘Ward 12 at The Christie N.H.S. Foundation Trust’ and ‘Breast Cancer U.K.’ are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at The Crematorium, or online at www.perryandphillipsfunerals.com
