On November 16th 2018, peacefully at The Severn Hospice, Telford, in the presence of her loving Family, following an illness borne with great courage, dignity and strength, Kim Cook, of Westgate Lawns, Bridgnorth, formerly of Highley, Nr. Bridgnorth, aged 58 years.
A dearly loved Mum, Nanny, Daughter, Sister, Aunt and Partner. Much loved, Kim will be sadly missed by all her Family and friends.
Funeral service at The Parish Church of St. Mary Magdalene, Bridgnorth, on Thursday December 6th at 12.00 Noon.
Cremation will follow at Telford Crematorium, for Family and friends.
Please wear an item of bright clothing to reflect Kim’s bright personality.
