On December 21st 2018, at the Marie Curie, Cardiff and the Vale Hospice, following a five year battle with cancer, fought with great courage and dignity, aged 59 years.
The adored husband of Pippa, devoted Son of John and Mary, loving Father of John and Maria, dearest brother of Jane and Joseph.
Private interment ceremony.
A thanksgiving service will be held at Bridgnorth Rugby Football Club Clubhouse, Bridge Street, Bridgnorth, on Friday 18th January 2019 at 2.30pm.
Family flowers only by request please, but donations to ‘Marie Curie Hospice (Penarth)’ are being gratefully received for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Clubhouse or online at www.perryandphillipsfunerals.com
