George Robert.
On September 1st 2020, peacefully in Hospital at Telford, following a short illness, George Banks, of Oldbury Wells, Bridgnorth, aged 83 years.
The beloved Husband of Mai, loving Father of Jane and Clive, Father in Law of Mark and Karen, dear Grandad of Lexa, Ana, Will, Eleanor, Thomas, Rory and Beatrice and the special Brother of Peter and Gwendoline. Much loved, George will be sadly missed by all his Family and friends.
Due to the current covid-19 pandemic National emergency, a strictly private funeral service, for Family mourners only, will be held at Telford Crematorium.
If you wish to pay your respects to George, and to his Family, the cortege will leave from Oldbury Wells at 12.35pm. on Tuesday September 15th and will then travel via Pound Street (‘Squirrel Bank’) Bridgnorth Golf Club Clubhouse, Northgate and Bridgnorth High Street.
The Family would ask that safe social-distancing is observed at all times.
