On February 13th 2022, in Hospital at Dudley, Ed Shirley, of Stretton Close, Bridgnorth, aged 81 years.
A former Mayor of Bridgnorth and a dedicated public servant throughout his life.
The beloved Husband of the late Linda Shirley, loving Father of Gerard and Damian, and a very dear Father in Law, Grandad and Great Grandad. Much loved, Ed will be sadly missed by all his Family and friends.
Funeral service at The R.C. Church of St. John The Evangelist, Northgate, Bridgnorth (WV16 4ER) on Monday March 7th at 11.00am., to be followed by a private interment ceremony.
Family flowers only by request please, but donations for and divided between ‘The Alzheimer’s Society’ and ‘The Queen Elizabeth Hospital’ are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided outside The Church.
