(‘Steve’)
On May 26th 2022, tragically, in Hospital at Shrewsbury, in the presence of his Family, following a very brave battle with his complex health issues, Steve Bate, of Redstone Drive, Highley, Nr. Bridgnorth, aged 79 years.
Steve served his Country in the Royal Air Force before working as a Financial Consultant with The Prudential Assurance Company Ltd, and was a dedicated National Trust Volunteer at Dudmaston Hall near Bridgnorth.
The devoted Husband of Rachel and the late Sandra Bate, the loving Father of Russell, Father in Law of Petra, the dear Step-Father of Dawn and a very special Brother, Brother in Law and Uncle. Much loved, Steve will be sadly missed by all his Family, friends, colleagues and former Client’s.
Funeral service at Telford Crematorium (TF2 9NJ) on Thursday June 23rd at 1.30pm.
Please wear an item of blue to reflect Steve’s passionate support of Birmingham City F.C.
