On January 31st 2025, suddenly at his home, following a long period of declining health, Jim Barker, of Redstone Drive, Highley, Nr. Bridgnorth, aged 85 years.
The beloved Husband of Gay, the loving Father of Frankie, Vicki and Anthony, Step-father of Benjy, Katy and Louise, Father in Law of Uwe, Simon and Dan, Grandfather of Jai, James and Ewan, and Great-Grandfather of Ethan, Lucy, Sophia and Mason. Much loved by his large, extended Family, by his many friends, neighbours, former colleagues and pupils at Oldbury Wells School, Bridgnorth, Jim will be sadly missed by all.
Funeral service at The Parish Church of St. Mary, Highley, on Wednesday March 5th at 12.00 Noon, to be followed by a private cremation ceremony, later.
Dress code; smart yet comfortable, any colour you like.
