On February 13th 2025, peacefully in Hospital at Dudley, following a short illness, Gerald Hodnett, of ‘Bower Grange Residential Care Home, Alveley, Nr. Bridgnorth, formerly of Brown Clee Road, Ditton Priors, Nr. Bridgnorth, in his 89th year.
Widower of Sylvia Hodnett, the loving Father of David and Linda, Father in Law of Louise and Richard, the dear Grandad of James and Emma, of Nicola and Steve, of Danny and Abbie, of Elisabeth and Kial, and of Annabel, and the Great Grandad of Evelyn, Imogen, Jimmy, Joe and Lottie. Much loved and greatly respected within the community, Gerald will be be sadly missed by all his Family, by friends and former neighbours, by former colleagues at The Star Aluminium Ltd., and by all those dearest to him.
Funeral service at Telford Crematorium (TF2 9NJ) on Tuesday March 11th at 12.30pm.
