On March 21st 2025, Rosemary Hampson, of Alveley, Nr. Bridgnorth, formerly of West Felton, Nr. Oswestry, and of High Fawr Avenue, Oswestry, passed away peacefully in the Princess Royal Hospital, Telford, aged 89 years.
Widow of Denis Hampson, the loving Mother of Deborah and David, Mother in Law of Mike and Jackie, the dear Grandma of Matthew and Nisha, of Sarah and Chris, of Claire and Andy, of Ross and Becky, and of Emily, and the Great Grandma of Isabelle, Joshua, Reuben, Poppy, and Quinn. Much loved and greatly respected within the community, Rosemary will be sadly missed by her family, by her friends and neighbours, both old and new, and by all those dearest to her.
Her funeral service will be at The Wyre Forest Crematorium, Minster Road, Stourport on Severn (DY13 8DE) on Monday April 28th at 12.30pm, to be followed by a Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving at The Parish Church of St. Mary The Virgin, Alveley (WV15 6ND) at 2.00pm.
