Location: Across all sites

Working hours: to work within a rota (Minimum 7 days per month) – Operating between the hours of 5.00pm – 8.30am.

Overall Role: We are a looking to recruit someone to join our small Family friendly team based across all sites. This person to carry our of hours services, serving the bereaved and bringing the deceased into our funeral homes during the out of hours times.

The role will also have the sensitive and impactful contact with the bereaved when first taking care of their loved ones. This is an opportunity to support and give critical information to the bereaved at the most important time. Brief Job Description: You will be responsible for working within a team in a monthly rota for the out of hours times from 5.00pm – 8.30am. We aim for all members of our team to work one weekend per month. The team are flexible, friendly and adaptable. Minimum Qualifications: Requirements for the role

– Reliable and takes pride in their appearance and how they treat people.

· Internal training to take place.

· The ability to work under pressure.

· Be able to operate WhatsApp group Messages.

· Attend quarterly team meetings which last 1 hour.

· Ability to follow instructions concisely.

· Work well within a team.

· An eye for detail.

· A positive outlook on life.

· A proactive approach.

· Not interested in gossip.

· Discretion essential.

Pay: Dependent on Experience

Schedule: Working within a rota (Minimum 7 days per month)

Probation period: 6 months

Experience:

– A basic understanding of loss.

 

Requirements:

– DBS to be carried out on starting.

– Driving license required
